You receive notes and assignments on a monthly basis plus DVDs of Sydney lectures and also attend a five-day residential workshop in Sydney.  This course is available to residents of Australia and overseas provided they are able to attend the five-day residential in Sydney.

The curriculum comprises a comprehensive range of subjects based on the classical teachings and the practical implementation of the concept of yoga.  Lecturers are of the highest calibre and have extensive knowledge in their area of expertise.
