…such a nice event with amazing yogis and yoginis ♥ singing, dancing, meditating… and Edo and Jo will be there taking you on an incredible musical journey…
We will explore the topics below and many more:
How can we understand gross and subtle dimensions of the body through Asana? How can we serve this body better? What are the obstacles in the path of deepening our practice and refining our understanding? What are the signposts for progress?
Why is it that yoga, through the application of just a few relatively simple but well selected techniques, has such a profound influence on the quality of our lives and those with whom we are connected?

Saraswathi Vasudevan
has touched the lives of hundreds of students in many countries over nearly two decades, spreading the teachings of yoga as well as training serious yoga aspirants. Saraswathi works by integrating the traditional wisdom of Yoga with modern facilitation skills. She studied and trained in the Classical tradition of Yoga, strongly founded in the teachings of Patanjali.
Swami Kriyatma’s primary responsibility over the last decade has been to raise the
mainstream profile, understanding and credibility of yoga in the west. His teaching style is clear and down to earth. He teaches on many yogic topics in many parts of the world. He is currently IYTA’s Pranayama Lecturer for the Teacher Training Course; and is also an accomplished teacher of meditation.
